Lots of great things: super responsive on site staff and supported an early check in. Location is fantastic and price was good for spring break. Very clean. Lots of beach chairs and toys (but no beach towels - those must be rented through the building). Some things that make it not a 5 star: bedrooms dont have windows as it’s an interior unit of an old building. We were only in the rooms to sleep so not a huge deal. The only outlet by the master bed is directly behind the headboard which made charging phones difficult. The master only had 1 twin size pillow on each side (staff sent 2 new king size pillows 2 day after we notified). The unit is remodeled well but there’s a couple things that could still be done in the bedrooms. There is temporary chain linked fencing around the pool - not a huge deal, but not aesthetic. Looked like they were actively measuring out permanent replacements. There is also construction going on in lot to the south of the building (that lot was recently demolished). We had 4hrs one day that was loud as they finished the demolition in the lot next door. Lastly, not a positive or negative depending on your party, but the pool is deep - minimum 4 ft and and max is 8ft. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and most negative things we listed are easy to overlook given location and cleanliness.
