Comfy and cute

This is an amazing old building. They managed to modernize without getting rid of the charm, including original floors. The room was large, but cozy. Instead of your typical hotel room, the decor and finishes really make it feel homey. The staff was great. We let them know we would be checking in quite late, and even though they didn't have an overnight desk person scheduled, the guy at the desk stayed until we got there at 2 a.m. The attached Mexican restaurant was delicious. We were starting here to go to a race in Bristol, but I would take this over the closer hotels any time.

Great property. This was our 2nd time staying at the Wester Front in Saint Paul. It is by far the best hotel in the area. The hotel is beautifully done, the staff is very friendly and the little touches (breakfast bucket, coffee area in the lobby, the 2 rooftop areas and outdoor area) add so much to the experience.

Quaint, yet fancy! Gorgeous room with outstanding amenities! In-house restaurant was top notch. Game room was fun. Outdoor seating areas were inviting and calming in the evening and morning! This hotel is not a national chain. It is so unique and I found it by accident. Each room is decorated in a western theme. They are located next to the Appalachian Trial and in the mountains of Virginia. Beautiful. Each time I travel to this area I always stay at the Western!
