The room was nice and comfortable. We visited the rooftop bar and the restaurant downstairs while staying. Staff were friendly, food was delicious, and the drinks were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Top Shelf Hotel

I was very impressed with the cleanliness, size of the room, and help from the front desk on check in. The only disappointment was the rooftop bar's "winter hours", where they are closed Monday to Wednesday - the days of my stay. However, I won't hesitate to stay here again the next time I visit the Tri-Cities.

Overall excellent hotel. The bathroom design was awkward. Bathroom itself was very roomy but shower stall was unnecessarily tiny. Couldn't even bend over to shave legs, had limited space to set shampoo, et al, and had no curb with a curtain that did not cover bottom so floor in remainder of bathroom got very wet, even with mat.
