Wife and I arrived and she saw the outside and refused to stay so we continued driving home. She said she thought it looked run down and unkept and would not stay there. We would very much appreciate a refund this time. If you can do this we have no problem using y’all for future bookings. Thank you

I will never stay at another Quality Inn whose name is somewhat an oxymoron!! Had to be moved from the first room-dirty, 2nd room had a loud refrigerator and had to be unplugged. The stench of rotten fish came from the fridge, bathroom floor dirty, sink faucets not washed properly. Check in people were very nice and apologized but never offered any refund, partial or otherwise.
