Breakfast was very expensive but had a descent varoerty, however, it was cold. The entire buffet was cold. The hotel is older and it definately shows. The beds have conventional mattresses and while comfortable, they are not plush. Air conditioning was excellent. Towels were very small. All of the desk attendants wete excellent. Super helpful and kind to our special situation (my husband was there to have a brain tumor removed at Mercy Hospital). The asked frequently if we had everything we needed and if there was anything special they could do for us. We felt seen and cared for.
