Arrived quite late but was met with a very friendly welcome, was shown where everything was and allocated our room, popped Down to the bar which was good, prices ok, room was clean but we had a broken side table and no chair, comfy bed, bathroom was spotless. parking was good, breakfast was excellent and overall would definitely go back and would recommend.

Hotel has very basic facilitates and certainly needs refreshes on certain things. However everything worked in my room. The location is great -- few minutes walk from the St Leonards train station.
