The room was large but the bathroom was ludicrously small. Sat on the loo & pressed against the shower, which when used sprayed the floor for lack of glass door. No storage for personal clothes apart from your own suitcase. Some hangers is all that is provided for. Not expected from a 4☆ hotel. Was my hotels of choice but not any more.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ok, but there was no hairdryer and the TV stopped working. Fortunately I was only there for one night so that was not too problematic, but the bed was comfy.

Overall very disappointing, the rooms very tired, and borderline dirty, non existent sound proofing, tiny bathroom for the premier room, lots of wasted space in the room. To get the hotel and Hotels.com to communicate has been one of the worst experiences I think I have ever experienced. For the prices charged, was expecting far better.
