You'll love the convenience of the exterior elevator, which makes unloading a breeze from the ground floor to the main floor. Step inside to an open floor plan with natural wood ceilings, where the living, dining and kitchen areas seamlessly blend. The well-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, a kitchen island that seats seven and a dining table for six, all with breathtaking views of the Gulf. The living area invites you to relax with its comfortable seating for the whole family and a large flat-screen TV.

On the main floor, you'll find a luxurious king suite with direct access to the deck and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tub/shower combo. A queen bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bathroom with a standard tub/shower combo. Upstairs, the king suite offers stunning views, office space and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. The mother-in-law suite, located under the main floor, features a queen bed, a cozy lounge area, Gulf views, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The mother-in-law suite is perfect for anyone wanting a private retreat while still being close to the family.
