Island shops, restaurants, nightlife, the St. George Lighthouse Museum and playground, fishing pier and State Park are all within walking distance or a short drive. Across the bridge is Eastpoint’s seafood markets, craft brewery, and the charming and historic town of Apalachicola including arts, culinary and shopping, and just 20 minutes by car!

EXTRIOR AMENITIES

The exterior of Island Tide offers a covered entrance and concrete parking, a private swimming pool (can be heated for an additional daily fee) with lots of comfortable seating next to a propane fire pit, a gas grill for cooking up some fresh Florida catch of the day, cushioned futon for seaside naps, and amazing location close to the beaches and right on the multi-use pedestrian/bike path.

The covered, furnished deck as well as the large, furnished poolside deck area means there’s lots of room to spread out and enjoy living on island time. The beach boardwalk is simply around the corner from the house, so whether you spend the day splashing in the surf and searching for seashells or relaxing by the private pool with a good book and a refreshing beverage, guests at Island Tide have lots of options for enjoying their beach vacation!

INTERIOR TOUR

Covered exterior stairs lead to the well decorated interiors of this home. The open living/dining/kitchen area features comfortable furnishings and a trendy coastal vibe. There’s lots of room to gather after a day in the sun in the living area that features a large sofa, two side chairs, 65" smart TV, and French doors that lead to the covered back porch, offering views of the pool area and the ocean beyond. Stairs descending from the seaside covered deck offer direct access to the pool area.

There’s plenty of room at mealtime for your crew at the large dining table that seats 6, with 4 additional counter stools at the island looking into the kitchen. Outside, a pub table with two chairs is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee, and the outside dining table for 6 offers multiple dining options.

Back inside, the beautiful open kitchen is sure to delight the chef in your crew, and features stainless appliances, granite counters, subway tile backsplash, and beautiful white cabinets. Stocked with everything needed to prepare coastal feasts, all that is missing is you!

Sleeping accommodations at this property feature 4 bedrooms, each with adjoining bathrooms (excluding bunk room). The two South-facing king master bedrooms both feature king size beds with direct deck access and smart TVs, one bathroom has a separate shower and tub while the other bathroom includes a shower/tub combination. The queen bedroom also has a full bathroom and smart TV. The 4th and final bedroom is a bunk room, with an adjacent full bathroom and also includes an additional twin bed for an extra person to sleep.
