The room was very clean, had plenty of towels for the bathroom, fridge was large, bed was extremely comfortable. Only small thing to note is there is a kitchenette, but this does not have any cutlery or crockery included.

Our key card wouldn’t open the gate to the pool area so we weren’t able to use the hot tub. The temperature control on the shower also didn’t work; the handle spun in a complete circle and the water was just hot no matter where the handle was positioned. The towels were all either stained or dirty as well. The pillows were lumpy but the bed and rest of the room was clean. It was convenient to have a kitchen but they don’t provide any dishes. The room was spacious and in a decent location. Every time we passed the front desk there was no one there so it may be difficult to get service if you end up needing anything from them. They have a “room service” option which is just frozen breakfast burritos/sandwiches but if you don’t mind the poor quality food it’s a nice touch. Overall the stay was average. Not quite worth the price but everything near Zion is expensive.

Nice room, very clean. Plenty of parking. I thought it was odd however that there is essentially a full kitchen (stove, large refrigerator, microwave) with no cookware, utensils or plates. It would have been nice if that had been made clear. The room was in good shape but the bathroom door did not close and the handle was very loose.
