Coffee machine produces subpar coffee. Everything else is great. The hotel is clean and newly refreshed. It’s a comfortable place for us to stop on our road trips. Unfortunately, the coffee machine is providing coffee flavored water with zero caffeine. We stayed twice in the past week, and I was taken aback by the quality of the coffee. I desperately needed a good, strong cup to get me through the remainder of our drive, and I ended up with a caffeine withdrawal headache on a 5 hour drive. I mentioned that to the front desk staff, and they acknowledged that they knew it was a problem but management was not inclined to get a new machine. Please fix this!

Room was clean. No grab bars in shower area, none at all. Staff was nice. Checkout clerk told me I could check out a day early, but was charged for both nights. Wife developed medical condition from recent surgery and needed to return home early. Contacting hotel General Manager.
