Welcome to "Casa de las Fuentes," a charming Mediterranean-style retreat nestled in the heart of St. Augustine’s historic Lincolnville District. This cozy studio offers a private and stylish escape for your stay.
Step into your 300-square-foot studio, featuring a comfortable queen bed, living room, dining area, kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Enjoy modern amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and air conditioning. Relax in private courtyard just outside.
The space
Our property features two distinct structures: the main residence up front and a beautifully converted back property housing two cozy studio units, perfect for Airbnb guests.
Studio offers a private, self-contained space designed for comfort and convenience. It also contains it's own private courtyard. Parking is available onsite, and the historic charm of St. Augustine is just steps away!

This was the perfect stay! Penny made sure had everything we needed and there were so many thoughtful details included. The white noise machine was a wonderful touch! The stay is an easy 10-15min walk to downtown and she offered to drive us multiple times (which we didn’t take her up on because we love walking). Overall it was a wonderful and comfortable stay and we’ll definitely be back!

This was the perfect apartment for my stay. Beautifully decorated, great location and loved the touch of having various beverages and snacks already at the house for a small purchase amount. Will definitely look to stay here again when I am in town.

We were so happy with our stay! The location was perfect. It was a 5-10 min walk to places we wanted to be and a less than 10 min car ride anywhere else. We felt safe walking. The space is super clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. Penny had it well stocked with snacks, beverages, and a small cabinet for grocery/pharmacy items you could get for a small cost/honor sysyem. Forgot your phone charger, q-tips, a hat? She had it. We got to utilize the outdoor space for morning coffee and it was quiet and serene with the fountain. She also offered a space heater for the incoming freeze, but we ended up not needing it as the space stayed warm and they had lots of extra blankets. Penny was quick to communicate. We also had plenty of parking for our car. 10/10 would stay here again!

Clean, comfortable and convenient. The Casa de las Fuentes met our needs and exceeded our expectations. From the well-stocked refrigerator (there’s Fresca!) and cute courtyard to the attentive host and clear communication, this location is a great home base for exploring everything St. Augustine has to offer.

Loved all the details, the lights outside, the scented candles, the peppermint shower gel! Nice apartment, great to have the opportunity to buy, at very reasonable prices, beer, wine and candy right there at our own kitchen! Communication was excellent! Everything was wonderful. Penny and Anthony are excellent hosts! The room was welcoming, comfortable and quiet. Penny thought of everything down to scented candles and soaps and yummy snacks. The golf cart tour was a great asset to the stay since we are not so young anymore. HaHa

Amazing and Cozy get away for you and your significant other... Check in and out was super easy, the place is beautiful, cozy, very clean and within perfect walking distance from the historic downtown area. I enjoyed having most of the conveniences of home i.e. the fridge, small kitchen area; they had everything you could think of and even some stuff you may have forgotten at home. The biggest plus to staying here are the host's... they are super kind, thoughtful and truly are vested in you enjoying their space and making sure that you enjoy your trip overall. Do yourself a favor and look no further! Thank you again and we will absolutely be back :)

I rented this property for my adult daughter and son-in-law as a short retreat while Gran & Pops (my wife and I) watched the kids. Great place, quiet, close to downtown and very charming for a couple. The one flaw my daughter noted was the lack of an oven - she had planned to prepare a special meal for one night. We must have missed that detail in the description.But overall very clean and charming.
