Quiet, Serene, and Clean. Newly acquired: Two full baths and one very large bedroom with a full wall of closet, sitting area, and balcony overlooking pool and sliver view of ocean. Upstairs bedroom quiet and separate from living and kitchen located downstairs. The downstairs is retro (in time we will have everything as beautiful as the new bedroom)but hey, there is a certain charm to 1982!! The kitchen will take you back to your grandma or mom’s kitchen . ❤️
The beach life is all walking distance with colorful bars and restaurants or take a 5 min ride to the Nations Oldest City to explore all the cool little nics and crannies of this amazing historic city. You will be surprised with all the cozy eateries and pubs shoppes and museums .Beautiful St Augustine sugary sand beach just steps away!! FREE Parking space available less than 30 steps away. Garage not available: Private driveway for easy temporary unloading. Definitely the best location on the beach!

Wonderful access to the beach!

I had a wonderful stay. Everyday, I got up and walked to the beach. The easy access made walking on the beach so easy. The only downside was it was colder than expected.

Great little spot close to the beach!

Very clean place close to the beach and we really enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. Master bedroom is super clean, comfortable beds and easy to get in and out of. Elaine was a wonderful host and very communicative!
