Needs Updated furniture
Great location, easy access to beach. Did not receive any information about anything St. Augustine. Was not notified by Sunshine Realty of special things the complex provides for "snowbirds." The unit desperately needs new furniture in the living room and the king size bed has a huge sag. Very uncomfortable.
