Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants).
