The room was nice. However, the cot had no pillow, sheets or blanket. We checked the whole room and there was nothing. We were booked for five people, and there was only three towels. They were shortstaffed so we couldn’t get what we needed. The breakfast was not replenished at all so I went down and tried to get food, but everything was gone and they didn’t even have eggs to begin with which was odd considering what they did have. We booked it hoping to have breakfast there and since we couldn’t get it, had to go somewhere else and everywhere else at gigantic waits. Knowing it was a holiday week they should’ve planned better. They didn’t even have jelly for toast. We could’ve had potatoes and toast with no jelly. It was so bad. I literally saw someone steal a banana off someone else’s table when they weren’t looking!!!

The only thing I didn't like was that the receptionist treated me rudely, saying that he didn't have any "Rosario" in the computer. So I showed him my license. He said, "Come back at 3:30 pm, then I'll see your name." It was 2:30 pm. But he seemed like he didn't want to be there; he spoke abruptly. I left and came back at 3:00 pm. At 3:10, he gave me the card. I ignored him because he had asked me to come back at 3:30 pm. The check-in time should be 3:00 pm.

Staff not fiendly, bad customer service, first impression of the place not good with staffing. They should not have people that don't want to work in the front desk. They should hired friendly and more professional employees.

The staff was very friendly, the room was neat when we arrived and the location of the hotel served the purpose of our visit. The only thing I would like to recommend, especially if you have a lot of people staying, is to have enough food for breakfast. After Saturday, there were no scrambled eggs and yogurt, and we arrived at different times.

The room itself was great—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. The sitting area was dirty and I had to clean it myself before sitting down. The coffee was terrible, and the breakfast options were extremely limited, mostly just carbohydrates. With better cleanliness and food quality, this hotel could be much improved.

Do not stay here! In the way down we discovered they had already charged our card the full amount plus $50 deposit( that wasn’t disclosed) it wasn’t even check in time yet, we had booked “pay at property”. I called, was hung up on 3 times before I finally got a manager who reversed the charge ( we were using a different card at check in) it took 3 days to receive my money back. Upon arrival, check in was fine. The room was ‘ok’, bathroom was dirty, soap scum under all the railings, hair left in tub, rust stains running down the side. They gave you a sheet to sleep with, no actual comforter. The breakfast, awful, cold, lacking. Floors sticky and trash overflowing all over the property. Housekeeping was unavailable for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there. Never have I left a review, I couldn’t ignore this. Take yourself elsewhere!

Our toilet was broke and ran all night. The door to the room needs adjustment it was hard to open and very loud. No bedding for the pullout when front desk was contacted we had to go retrieve it ourselves.

Everything was what I’ve come to expect from Holiday Inn Express through Expedia. Has definitely become my go to from here on out. The facility and staff were top notch. The associate at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Solved all of our transport issues. Would absolutely recommend you to anyone.
