It's a major bummer that the hot tub has been filled in. The sign says it's part of an "improvement" but I don't see how that's an improvement at all. The room is nice and seems clean. We haven't tried the breakfast yet so I can't speak to that but they do keep beverages out in the lobby which is nice (lemon water, tea, hot chocolate and coffee).

This building needs updating. The elevator was shaky, the key reader on my room door was barely working. I had to go up and down stairs multiple times due to my key not working. It was ridiculous not being able to leave my room due to the key. I found a bug on my bed. It was bad. I only stayed because it was only one night and the location was convenient. I’ll probably never stay in another comfort inn due to this experience.

Unfortunately the pool was closed. That was the main reason I booked there. The room was not clean (plastic cup on floor, peanuts on floor, toilet not clean). There were also large garbage bags of trash in the hallways and candy wrappers in the elevator. In addition, there wete tons of kids and it was very noisy. The staff were very courteous and friendly though.

Mold in the shower. I shudder to think what else isn't being cleaned here. Thankfully just passing through and don't need to worry about coming again.

We had two rooms reserved. The ceiling was pealing in one room and the heat/ac unit did not work properly. The tub also filled up when showering. In the other room, the shower head was so rusty, my mom didn't even want to use it. She also had dust bunnies from the floor under her covers. The hallway had a bucket in the middle of the floor collecting the water that was dripping from above. The staff was friendly, but the hotel needs some work. We were on a long road trip and only needed to sleep, so we made due. Based on the price, I guess we got what we paid for.

Nice price for a night.

It was a nice hotel unfortunately the hot tub was shut down for repair. Room was fine and clean. Front desk was friendly. Hallways and elevator showed there age.

The overall size of the room was spacious. The bathroom was a little small. The bathtub had a loud creeking noise when stepping in and moving around to shower. The room was clean upon checkin. Housekeeping swrvice is availsbkr upon request, but not on a daily basis. Front desk staff was very friendlly. Breakfast was adequate.
