Everything was clean, breakfast was good. Check in staff member seemed less than enthused to be working but wasn’t rude, per se. Hotel is a bit out of date and in need of some TLC, touch ups, etc. but they do a good job of keeping it clean and tidy.

Close to University of Arkansas. Very clean. Very unique facility. Very friendly and accommodating staff (both front desk and cleaning team). Dining room for breakfast was very nice. Unique, interesting, clean, adequate size. Food was ok quality.
