Hiccup getting checked in but clean and comfy

Had a difficult time getting checked in as I found a discounted rate deal within Hotels.com and the front desk person was new and afraid they would get in trouble for honoring it. Worked out in the end after 20 minutes. When I approached the stairwell to my room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell. When I arrived at my room, it was very clean - no smell and quiet.

Hotel is excellent! Room was spacious, king bed was very comfortable, and atmosphere was excellent. Staff was very pleasant and personable. Only negative would be breakfast selections. Continental style offerings with a nearby microwave if you prefer warm option.

we were put into a room that was across from the cleaning staff ( 105). They were very loud in the early morning. Could hear next door guest talking on phone until 2 am. Rooms definitely not sound proof. Otherwise ok. Breakfast was pretty gross unless you like store-bought muffins and instant oatmeal. Guessing we received a crappy room because we bought through hotels.com

The room was simple but clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a convenient location with easy access to lots of places. Breakfast was basic—more of a grab-and-go setup than a hot sit-down meal—but it did the job. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!
