a new building but it already has that motel smell for some reason otherwise unremarkable gym setup is sufficient for anybody whos interested i was kind of shocked by their gall to demand $20 for parking during off season when the place is empty though

Beware the hidden/undisclosed parking cost, which was an additional 20% of the room cost. I would have selected a different hotel if I had known about the parking cost. For goodness sake, there isn’t actually a lack of available parking in the winter.

Great stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and satisfying. The location is excellent—close to restaurants and the national park shuttle bus stop, making it easy to get to Zion National Park. Convenient electric vehicle chargers are available on the property, and pets are welcome, including both cats and dogs, which is a big plus.
