The front desk staff was v helpful, allowing me to park bef my room was ready (parking at the Visitors Ctr was packed) and giving me essential info about the shuttles. Enjoyed being able to use the outdoor hot tub pretty late and being able to get my bkfst to go at Porters. The room was good and it was easy to park nearby

The staff were very responsive to an issue in our room. The front desk ladies were delightful and were an immense help in figuring out our timetable to get back to Vegas for our flight (given the time zone change). The location is very close to the park and other amenities you can’t beat the view of the Watchmen (mountain range behind the hotel). My only minor recommendation would be a top sheet on the bed and a little updating (carpet, furniture) but o would stay there again, for sure!!!

This gem is located in a premium spot with a fantastic gift shop, Porters Eatery and ice cream shop. Staff was wonderful, especially Cecilia at Porters. The bonus is the small ranch of animals you can pet and feed with appropriate foods. The facility is surrounded by the beauty of Zion. The reason I gave four stars on facility is bc rooms are very clean, great decor and views, but bathrooms are a little dated. I would not let that discourage you from staying here.
