Nestled among the treetops, this home sits directly on a beautiful spring with wonderful swimming all year. The neighborhood is quiet and offers peaceful walks. Eateries, golfing, boat ramps, hiking, hospitals, Weeki Wachee state park, movie theater & shopping are all within 15 minutes. From backyard, It’s about a 30-minute paddle to Weeki Wachee Springs or, for extra adventure, take the Mud River to the Gulf of Mexico.

Upstairs has great views of the spring fed river and wooded yard from the 100% screened in patio with a gas grill, tables, seating and ceiling fans. Downstairs has a fire pit (check for active burn bans), picnic tables, charcoal BBQ grill and a covered patio area with seating.

Guests have free use of a canoe, 3 adult kayaks, 2 teenage kayaks (150 lb max), 6 water chair floats, 6 life jackets, a ping pong table and board games. Guests can rent 2-clear tandem kayaks also.

Gorgeous property on a spring creek !! The yard and home were very clean! Even during a hot Florida August vacation, we found cooler times to enjoy the screened in balcony overlooking the peaceful, beautiful water, and listening to nature. Be sure to bring beach towels !!, paper towels, laundry soap and dryer sheets, of course sun screen, bug spray, kleenex and a couch blanket if you want these things for your stay.

Beautiful view, the water is crystal clear! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need. We had so much fun with all of the kayaks and water accessories provided. We had a wonderful time!

This house is amazing. We lit a fire outback and let the kids swim right in the spring. At night, we played the board games that were provided upstairs and went downstairs to utilize the ping-pong table and darts. weeki Wachee Springs State Park is just down the road where we rented a cabana for the day to hang out in the lazy river and see the mermaid show. Bring your bug repellent for the mosquitoes and keep reapplying as this was the only disadvantage of the trip because they don’t spray the area for mosquitoes.

Mother’s Day weekend with my girls

I had a great time made them their favorite dinner . It was a beautiful Mother’s Day weekend. The only thing we got bit bad by mosquitos, Even with all the sprays. But the water front property was really nice. ThankYou for sharing your home.
