The first night our room had a couple of bugs in it. Below the refrigerator the particle board wood was all chewed up. Very little toilet paper on the roll and no spare. Day two when we got back the beds were made but it looked like someone had sat on both beds. The shower still had a used washcloth in it. And the waste cans weren’t emptied plus I had to go to the desk for toilet paper. Day three the beds weren’t made the waste cans still hadn’t been emptied and there’s no Kleenex in the room at all. We didn’t get any new shampoo’s or soap the whole stay.

Deteriorating conditions. It seems the hotel allows a homeless camp in the adjacent open lot and wooded area. There is a lot of weird activity and shady stuff, and the homeless come and go into the hotel, use facilities and even the laundry. The night we were there one brought in their large dog which was sniffing and wet-nosing other hotel guests. I used to stay here, but no longer.

Trashy, unprofessional, unsafe, smelled like bug spray. If I could do negative stars I would. Then we were interrogated by Francis because we didn't want to stay a second night. Worst experience Ive had with a hotel in 30 years.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms. However, the TV channel selection was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing during downtime. A wider variety of channels would make the experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay!
