The location and access to the riverfront was perfect. Hopping on a Lime scooter and going on an adventure and easy access to the convention center for our event was ideal.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. They were amazing at accomadating us with an extra room when our family found themselves unexpectedly without a room. The hot tub hours were awesome! Enjoyable and full bar and restaurant was awesome.

Hotel in great location if attending event at Convention Center. Excellent location to Riverwalk area. Hotel was average. Our room was immediately off lobby, it was for us with pets. Our dog is a very small breed their bark is their warning not their bit. Every voice, door closing, engagement at lobby desk, chats, elevator loading and unloading he barked. The room next door complained, up til midnight grabbing each barking him at each session. No one’s fault but this room location was terrible, even if we had no dog. Staff was friendly and understanding of both parties. Note: sign in parking lot says not responsible for loss in parking lot.

For over $200 I felt like your hotel is lacking. The sound proofing of the building isn't the best. We heard thuds and thumps until the early morning from the room above us. The first impression of your hotel isn't great either, if you say you have a Bistro then you should know what a bistro is. It's fairly obvious you repurposed the room where you have continental breakfast, put a bar in a corner and called it a "bistro". We also told the front desk that we had a small truck, they proceeded to say we weren't allowed to park on the property so I then asked, "what about the Uhaul that is parked across 7 parking spots?" The front desk just looked at us confused, then 30 minutes later we are getting texts telling us to contact the front desk immediately to move our Uhaul. Attention to detail is important, we didn't have the Uhaul, we just told you about it....I know this is an internal review so I hope this helps

Well Worth It

I simply needed some quiet time to reflect and to take care of some business. The room, service, and amenities were that of a $300-$400 a night hotel in other cities. I was very pleased. Thank you

Very impressive!

I was unexpectedly REALLY impressed by this hotel. Highlights: a very comfortable and clean mattress, water pressure that didn't suck, a free drink and breakfast, and specifically notable for a coffee snob: none of those infernal pod machines. Rather, there was a tiny hot water kettle and some actual decent coffee!
