This place was incredible and we would have spent twice the cost for the room/area. It was perfectly located within Split to give access to shopping, sight seeing, and eateries. The space was very modern and clean.

The hotel is so conveniently located in the center of all things. It’s very near to the sea and walkable to many ships and restaurants. The space is super tastefully decorated and absolutely adorable. Our host was very helpful with lots of suggestions for laces to eat and visit. The rooms are updated and cute. They are small but have everything you can possibly need. The stay was wonderful!! What a gem within the city. It’s all stairs but this is very common in my experiences in Europe

Great place in a great city!

A great room right in the middle of the old town. Despite being on a busy pedestrian road, the windows blocked out the sound and it was very quiet. Great hosts-we didn’t meet them but they sent text messages to make sure we got into the apartment and were happy. They also sent recommendations for bars, restaurants, sight seeing, beaches etc. would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.

What a fantastic location in Old Town Split! The room was absolutely wonderful - it is up three flights of stairs but understandable with it being an old building. It was clean, modern, and just absolutely lovely! Our host also gave us a list of recommendations for places to eat, things to do, etc.

This property is an absolute gem. Everything we could possibly need was offered within this accommodation. We were greeted by Toma, what a friendly and helpful gentleman. He did not hesitate to offer to share many recommendations for dinner and things to do. The location is just perfect, everything within walking distance. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would not hesitate to rent again.

We loved the location of this suite! Everything you could want is within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping, the promenade and waterfront. The suite itself is clean and modern, and while on a busy pedestrian street, it is quiet in the room and is an easy place to come back to cool off when needed. We checked in very late due to a night flight and it was a smooth process, the owner is quick and responsive to any questions we had. Overall a great experience.

Toma was a great host and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and well informed of the area. The room was on the small side but the location made up for this as it’s right in the heart of everything. We arrived from our flight early and luckily the room was ready and Toma (the host) was punctual and welcoming.

The property doesn’t have a reception area and the staff is not on site. It really needs a TV in the living room. The TV in the bedroom is very small and doesn’t work all the time we had issues two days out of 4 with the TV. Also, they just have a body wash shampoo combination and they do not have conditioner. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They met us at a location to help us find the property and carried our bags up to flights of stairs. They were very nice

Perfect place to stay for Split's Old Town

Shortly after booking this residence, I was contacted by the property manager welcoming me to their property and offering any services that I might need during my stay. I opted for them to arrange airport pick-up which saved me time and effort getting to the property. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Toma who showed us to the property and gave us quite a few recommendations (food, tours, sight-seeing locations) which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to visit Split and explore it's Old Town, its location and amenties are top notch.

Location was excellent...close to Old Town and waterfront. Great service from Karlo including help with taking luggage up and down 3 floors. Only negative was finding the place.. No close access by taxi . Called Karlo and we found each other . .property description needs better details.

Suosittelen!

Todella hyvä maijoitus ! Todella lähellä kaikkea ja parhaat raflat ihan vieressä. Majoittaja Toma oli mahtava. Hän oli todella luottavainen, kohtelias, ystävällinen ja hoiti homman hyvin. Hän jopa vinkkasi aktiviteeteistä sekä ravintoloista ja kahviloista. Huone oli todella siisti. Siellä oli pieni jääkaappi, suihkusaippuat valmiina ja todella rauhallinen sekä hiljainen huoneisto. Ainoa miinus oli se, että jos halusi mennä 21 jälkeen suihkuun, sai tyytyä kylmään veteen (olisiko koko talolla ollut yhteinen lämminvesivaraaja..)
