Very clean room. Staff were very friendly and spoke English really well. Food was delicious. Breakfast selection was awesome and catered to all dietary needs. The spa and rooftop pool was a great experience. Would definitely recommend this property.

The front desk service was amazing! The spa was a huge disappointment. The lady at the desk was rude and unhelpful. The treadmill was broken and unsafe. We mentioned it to her so no one got hurt and she was very rude about us mentioning it to her. The sauna area was amazing! The Finnish sauna was not hot at all. The door on the sauna needs to addressed as it has about an inch opening. So the heat escapes. I booked this hotel specifically for the spa services. They promoted waxing, but when I went to book, they do not offer that service yet.

Amazing stay. Despite the location is around 20 mins walk from the Old Town (which we were a bit worried initially), but we ended up preferring the location because it is less crowded and less touristy. It’s close to a few nice restaurants (two of which we tried are Michelins). It’s also close to a local beach. The facilities are great as well (steam room, sauna, pools, etc). Taxi can also stop right outside the hotel and it’s just €10 per journey to the Old Town.

Good location in split

Great place to stay nice location close to beaches and a short walk to the old town. Restaurant very good with plenty of choice locally as well. Limited pool space but worked for us. I would recommend.

The stay started badly when I was “upgraded” to a bigger room (deluxe instead of superior room). Good on paper. However, the reality is that I paid for a room with sea view and got a room with a construction in front of the room that had not only not any sea view at all but forced us to close the curtains since construction workers were just in front. I realized that the next morning since I arrived at night. Also, I requested a king size bed and got twin separate beds. To make it even worst, the next day there was a water issue in the hotel and there was NO WATER SUPPLY IN THE HOTEL for the entire morning. I was unable to have a shower or any basic higiene … I went to the front desk to file a claim and the service was terrible. Instead of offering solutions or any facility, I was informed that I should have my TV on to read the announcement or to see the sign on the elevator and offered to send somebody to fix the TV if it was not working. I asked to file a claim and the reception person offered me a blank piece of paper to write down my frustration. A total joke and lack of respect. I paid more than 300 euros per night and not no discount, gesture or amenity for the inconvenience. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Check in was easy and efficient. The room wasn’t ready, but we were early and were able to store our luggage and make use of the pool area on the roof. The area is compact, and gets busy. We were lucky to grab a couple of sun beds as someone left almost as soon as we arrived. The room was large and well appointed. It was described as looking over a courtyard. In reality, it’s a car park that belongs to the hospital which this hotel backs directly on to. Patients can see the hotels rooms, and likewise we theirs. Don’t be put off though, the privacy drapes and the curtains are enough. Breakfast was in good, as you’d expect for a hotel of this type. Didn’t use the bar or evening restaurant, but I expect they had a good offer. The hotel itself is a little on the edge of Split town, and a 15 - 20 walk in which is uphill in parts. We’d stay again.
