The.carpet in our room was wet by the bed. It took a long time for the water in the room to get hot, and the toilet seat was partially broken. The breakfast area was not maintained food wise and minimal selection. Thr area was not clean either.

The guy at the desk tried to make me pay for my room even though I'd already paid for it in full online the bed was so hard and uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a cement slab then go downstairs to get coffee the next morning and their coffee machine is out of order so there was no way to get any coffee

Carpets and floors need a deep cleaning. The interior halls wereso loud all night. People talking and slamming doors. Twice, the night of Oct 11, somebody was trying to push in my door. I reported this to the desk and was told they would mention it to management. I feel like management should have been called to the desk immediately. Also, the smoke detector was disabled. This was a one night stay on the way back from a 600 mile trip. It was a poor decision. Definitely not returning to such an unsafe place.

There was, what appeared to be, a solitary lo mein noodle in the corner of our room. We also didn’t have a trash can at all but other than that we were very happy with our stay
