Room was not clean when arrived, had to be switch to another room. Light switch at door not working, then we were not brought any clean towels. Melanie at front desk told me to bring her dirty towels down before I could get clean towels. Then at checkout they charged us for dirty towels and pillowcases that were already stained when checked in. The worst experience I ever had with a room in my entire life. Totally disgusted

My main thing was the floors were very sticky in my room so I had to wear shoes walking around, it was decently clean but you could tell it wasn't an exceptional job by any means but if you are looking for a cheap place to stay that isn't absolutely horrible it's not a bad choice for a one-night stay, the front desk at least when I was there was friendly and helpful but overall an average hotel the hallway smelled bad but my room smelled okay

Beds/ linens/ carpet need a thorough cleaning

Just needed one night's sleep. The decorative bed coverings needed a serious wash and bleaching! I don't think they've been washed in months... Multiple and various colored stains, eww. The sheets and pillow cases were okay. The carpet also needed a serious steam cleaning. Breakfast selections were limited. We weren't looking for 5-star by any means though, but a thorough cleaning would be great.
