Danny at front desk was great! Did not approve or appreciate smoking in room above me. Had to change hotels could not stay there! Broken hairdryers tv remote had water inside which the front desk came and had to fix

We ended up staying one night as a last minute decision during bad weather…we are very glad we only were in the room for less than 12 hours. The furniture was all worn and torn, the carpeting felt like there was a sticky film all over it, the whole place smelled like stale cigarettes. The linens were stained. The air conditioning unit was so loud and didn’t work properly. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. We made waffles for the kids and they were sour tasting, the apple juice tasted sour as well. They should probably check the expiration on their food items before someone gets really sick.

Clean the cleaners

The main issue is odor. The carpets in halls and room smell strongly of chemical cleaners. If took a long time to adapt and caused nasal issues.

The stay wasnt a horrible one, just not great. The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. The bathroom door sticks due to damaged handles. The property is outdated. The drink machine doesnt take dollars or cards. Very quiet property, close to the interstate, comify bed. Property seemed to be very clean.

Employees were outside smoking weed in the afternoon. The halls of the hotel smelled like weed. I had to kill a cockroach that was crawling on my furniture that the microwave and refrigerator was in. The housekeeping staff kept banging on my door at 9 in the morning offering me towels after I kept yelling I was good and didn’t need any. The day I checked out the staff were cursing at one another in the hall way. Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.
