At check-in we were asked if we wanted maid service and we said yes. The next day we were out all day and came back to a room that had not been serviced. We had to call down for clean towels. Given what they charge for the room, they should have serviced it per our request.

Our stay at this hotel was so wonderful. From the minute you walk into the lobby to check in, you will notice how clean and how wonderful the hotel smells. Our room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very big and the shower area itself was also very nice. We really also enjoyed the soap and shampoo that was provided. We also really enjoyed the breakfast that was provided in the morning. It was extremely delicious and the options were endless. All of the staff working were so friendly and so helpful. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind and if we are ever in the area again will definitely stop by because we had such a wonderful experience!
