Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly and breakfast was good. The hotel is a little bit older and staff advised of a future remodel. Bed was not so comfortable, but everyone compares it to theirs anyways. Ares appears safe and everything you could want is 10 minutes away (shopping, restaurants, Wofford College). There are a few restaurants in the immediate area as well with (2) gas stations next door. The whole hotel did not smell like weed either, which is unusual nowadays.. We will be staying there again..

I don't know. Google maps had me running around in curcles for 3 hours and when I did finally found the Hampton Inn it was the wrong one. They had a room available. It was 8 pm and we all tire so we just stayedvthere instead.
