Yvonne at the front desk was wonderful. She helped me out and went up and beyond to make sure everything was just right! I live in the area and I will use your hotel over and over again. If there was anything I could suggest is a microwave in the rooms besides that we really enjoyed ourselves!

This is a very nice hotel. The only glitch is that the restaurant is not owned by the hotel so you couldn't get things charged to your room.

This hotel is light, spacious and modern, The vast open-plan lobby/seating area/ breakfast area and bar (with pool table) is tastefully appointed and exudes calm. The rooms are clean, well appointed and light. I stayed for 7 nights on the 9th floor and had a wonderful view over Spartanburg’s baseball stadium. On the !0th floor is Rick Erwin’s Level Ten restaurant which is excellent and provides spectacular views from its large terrace (particularly at sunset) and has a menu to match. I highly recommend the surf and turf with lobster tail, the 11oz filet mignon that came with it was one of the best that I’ve ever had. The staff throughout the hotel are exceptional. Warm, welcoming, friendly and professional. They, along with the aesthetics of the, property are the reason why I’m already planning my next stay there.
