TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Smells Smoky, towels so thin you can poke your foot through. Empty tissue box, noisy fan in bathroom without an option to use light only. Dark stain in the bottom of the toilet. The event that I booked the room for was bumped by one week, they wouldn’t work with me at all!!! We had to miss the event or lose the money!! Very rude about it! The mattress was comfortable and the shower head was nice. Will NEVER stay there again!!!

It was good. My door key would not work and I asked for a different one and they said to just keep using the one that didn’t work. I also book this hotel over another one because it had a pool. The pool was drained the whole weekend, so that was a little annoying. But besides that it was good

Overall, the property was good. When I first went into the room, the refrigerator was unplugged. The blackout curtain did not cover enough on the left side that the light from the back was shining directly onto left side of the bed. The bathroom was nice and I liked the cleanliness. The continental breakfast was very good. I liked that it had egg patties. I would recommend English muffins.

Bad choice!!

People in 102 were able to open our door with their card Friday morning. Front desk says that can’t happen but I asked her to change our cards anyway. I later talked to guys on 102 and they told the front desk what happened. Breakfast is weak. Saturday morning egg Pattie’s but no meat. Not at all what you expect from A Quality Inn. I’ve had worse experiences with motels but never a quality Inn until this trip. Won’t stay at this one again.

I’ve stayed here four times now. The staff is so friendly, and even remembered me. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m a terribly light sleeper, but I sleep well here. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I don’t even shop around anymore, because it meets all of my needs.

When we arrived, the teenager at the front desk informed me that he couldn't check us in because the server was down and there was no other way to check in. After a long period of standing around waiting I asked If I could call the manager. He finally got some superior on the phone and was able to get us checked in through some wizardry that the desk attendant on staff was obviously unaware of and in no hurry to learn. I told the desk attendant multiple times that I was travelling with two dogs. He said there would be a pet charge which I knew, but felt the least they could do would be to comp that charge considering I was already largely inconvenienced by delayed checkin. I agreed however, but he also could not apply that charge at the time of checkin because I guess they're computer system is a 1997 Gateway or something comparable. So he said he would have to input that charge later.... Then well into the evening after 10pm I get a phone call from a new guy at the front desk, waking me up, to ask me again, now for the fourth time if I was traveling with pets. I guess their computer system had just come online and they wanted to check their little boxes no matter how disruptive it was to their guests... This place only cares about getting every last scent from their guests, no consideration at all for travelers. If I hadn't forced the original front desk person to call a manager, I would have been standing there all evening unable to check in.

There is no elevator at this hotel and my elderly father was put in a room upstairs. I feel there should be a disclosure of this when booking or management should have made an attempt to find a room on first floor when they saw my dads apparent age when checking
