The staff, Bartenders were very rude. Also, the hotel has the name Embassy suites but it’s a run down place. Short staffed and half the hotel had dark areas or scarce light. You can easily see the cutting corners. Will not recommend this place

The hotel initially appears like a standard Embassy Suites and gives the impression that it will be a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, once we entered our assigned room, it was immediately apparent that there were serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. Due to the condition of the room, we were not able to stay and left shortly after arrival. The issues were reported right away, but the follow-up communication from the property was difficult and ultimately unhelpful. This experience fell well below the level of quality and care typically expected from this brand, and I would strongly recommend that future guests inspect their room carefully upon arrival.

Room was spacious and. Clean. Bed very comfortable. Reception in evening has gotten very thin. Few carrot sticks and chips/ peanuts . Suttwr home wine ?? Breakfast was good . Recommend omelette which was very good . Buffet was little dated . Pork sausage had been reheated several times and was chewy almost uneatable. Overall a good stay for the price

The standard room was quite nice & large. The sitting room had a sofa, chair, TV, desk, and a coffee nook. The beds were comfy although they suffered from typical hotel beds - over slept on one side. The BR area also had a TV. The window view wasn't much to look at. There were 2 tstats controlling heat and A/C; one was Off. If I didn't look to see if there was a 2nd tstat, it would have been a bit uncomfortable. The complimentary bar was excellent, the complimentary snack food was so-so. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, way beyond what I expected and very good. All-in-all, the hotel was well worth the expense and my wife & I would stay there again. Our biggest complaint, though, was the $75 pet charge. That was ridiculously expensive.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean, and we really appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and New Year’s, which made it feel extra welcoming. The seating area is perfect for gatherings with friends and family. We saw families with games and food hanging out. The atmosphere felt very family-oriented, and the breakfast was pretty good as well. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked clean and well maintained. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for something on the outskirts of OKC, close to the outlet mall, yet still within a 15-minute drive to downtown. Definitely one of my top places to stay, and I would happily return.
