Ram was an excellent communicator and the location is ideal! The only reason for the 4 star vs 5 was that we were unable to use the pool (needed cleaning) outdoor grill (needed new grates) and the dishwasher stopped working half way through the stay. The dryer had a warning light plop on and we did make them aware of that too. We travel enough to understand that previous tenants don’t always “take care” of things such as cleaning off a grill. Even with these items we give it a high 4 star as the location is great the place was extremely clean and as I mentioned Ram was very good at responding to messages. If they can get a good handle on the maintenance this would be a 5 star in our books. We definitely would be back again.

Very nice condo, very clean and the amenities were very good, with everything we needed. Here are the only negatives. 1) we were never given the phone # or email of the owner, to contact him if there were any problems. Fortunately there were no significant problems. 2) the mattresses were covered in plastic which made them sweaty to sleep on. 3) the 2nd bathroom sliding glass shower door was off its rail, couldn't fix it. 4) the outside porch light was out. But all in all we were happy with the rental.

Mr. Muniz was very responsive & accommodating.He haven’t been to S.Padre in years but glad we came. Very clean…great location…we really enjoyed our stay!Thank you Mr Muniz for your hospitality & for allowing us to create another great family memory.We look forward to coming back very soon!

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood, walking distance to the beach. The apartment is just as seen in the pictures, very clean and cozy. Our host was very nice and he responded promptly every time. We enjoyed our short stay very much and will definitely keep it in mind for next time.
