In the afternoon, sit back and enjoy a refreshing drink while you listen to the soothing ocean waves. The spacious living and dining room area is perfect for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Large windows bathe the living room with natural light. Enjoy the views of the ocean through floor to ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the plush recliner or the leather couch. Unwind in the evening by watching a favorite show on the large flat screen TV. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Stock up the large 4 shelf pantry with your favorite foods to enjoy during your stay. Dining table seats 6 guests comfortably, 5 additional seats at breakfast bar. Wake up each morning to the exquisite sunrise through floor to ceiling windows while snug beneath the king-size covers in the primary bedroom. Additional features include a flat-screen TV and a large walk-in closet with extra blankets. The primary ensuite has large beautiful marble vanity and tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors. The first guest bedroom has two twin-sized beds, flat screen TV, dresser with ample storage space, a small walk-in closet with extra pillows/blankets and attached bathroom. The second guest bedroom features two twin-size beds, flat screen TV, 6 drawer dresser and small walk-in closet with extra bedding. Freshen up in the guest bathroom with a lovely marble vanity and tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors. The Seville Condominium Community offers direct ocean access to the beach. Take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline. Enjoy lounging by the sparkling pool (heated Dec/Jan/Feb) during the day and unwind in the large hot tub in the evening.
