Rosanna was more than accommodating, the condo was set up so well with everything you’d need for your family beach trip! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, playing cards around the table, and winding down on the balcony watching the waves. We would stay here over and over! The grounds were also kept up nicely & the jacuzzi nice and hot for a windy/chilly day.

Great unit in a great location. Jellyfish spoiled our ocean plans. Very thankful for the pool and hot tub to keep our kids busy. Appreciated how well stocked the unit was. Walkable to many different restaurants.

Check in was a breeze, all info was complete and easy and timely. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils - even sharp knives for cutting all the melons. Dishwasher could use replacing probably, but we just hand washed - no big deal. Rooms were so cute, so clean, loved the views. Bathroom had all the essentials. Having a washer and dryer is 10/10 on vacation at the beach! We loved sunrise on the beach or coffee on the patio. AC worked great. Beach chairs and toys were awesome to have. We brought our own shibumi shade - 20/10 would recommend. Location is absolutely perfect. We felt very safe, security guy was super friendly and helpful. My dad stayed with us a couple nights, he is wheelchair bound, and there was plenty of room for him to wheel around in the condo. The fire dept loaned us a beach wheelchair, he got to put his feet in the water - amazing. The beach access is great. You do have to drive to park and eat or walk around to explore the city part, the condos are kind of out by itself at the end. You can walk around at night if you’re wanting to explore padre blvd. We mostly crabbed at night, so not a lot of driving for us - just perfect access to the beach. The beach here is quieter too. Not super crowded even on weekends. People give each other space. We’d live here if we could! Absolutely loved it. We are so grateful for this awesome place to enjoy our family vacation! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time at this property. Well stocked, thankful for the beach toys, chairs, wagon, etc. Pools were clean, but wish there was a grill on both sides of the property. We had to walk quite a way to grill, and the grills were large and wide open, so challenging to keep the heat in. Walking to the beach was a breeze and convenient. Thanks for allowing our family to stay!

Rosanna has a really amazing property, just steps off the beach. We communicated with her a few times, and she always got back to me really quickly. I was shocked at how pretty everything was! The apartment is nice! And includes so many extras like beach toys and pool towels and so much more. If I come to South Padre again, I would want to stay here. 10/10
