Nice little place. Paying for parking is a bit sad, plus the annoying AC unit in the room kept going off every 30 minutes for a couple of minutes - even when the panel was off and the card was removed from the power slot. Otherwise, no complaints

Maybe one of the newest resort/hotel in South Lake Tahoe. It was a very delightful stay and breakfast being part of the stay was a plus. The only complaint was the loud ac/heater in the room; it was a little out dated.

Nice and newly refurbished place. Great complimentary breakfast; friendly reception. The only thing I didn’t like was when we asked for room service, they only cleaned the bathroom. The room was left dirty and untouched. I believe room service should be done everyday without even asking for it; however, in this case, despite our asking for it and their promise to clean it, they didn’t.
