Hotel not family friendly and the restaurants and room service are a joke…no one under 21 allowed on Casino Floor, then WHY have RESTAURANTS LOCATED on CASINO FLOOR???? Room service hours worse than urgent care facility hours, horrible!

The hotel is very confusing with marking specific locales…elevators down an unmarked hallway. The cafe is never open, room service only available on weekends and only until 2p. The Kankakee grill has the RUDEST HOSTESS and she has no qualms telling you that food is not to be consumed outside of that restaurant!!! The buffet, and two other restaurants are on the casino floor which means you have to walk through the casino. Quick question, WHY??? The hotel allows families but doesn’t allow for feeding your family. Deliveries, no one has a clue where it can be found and watch out for the “Casino Police”. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! No shuttle service, no restaurants, shopping, nothing for entertainment. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and someone stole my ND CUZY CUP!!!

Excellent place to stay in South Bend

Probably the nicest place to stay in the South Bend area at a comparable price. It doesn’t hurt that it has a great casino just downstairs! The copper rock restaurant was great… The steaks were a little pricey, but the wine prices were definitely reasonable! I really appreciated that the pool was not overrun with kids this time around!
