Some downfalls
I travel to DR often - the apartment, location and pool was nice but unfortunately problems with property management. The first 4 days was having problem with hot water, WIFI, the toilet, AC in master bedroom, stove was a nightmare. They were very polite and even checked in after we arrived- afterwards she Janette would not respond to my contacting her - then a worker gane me another manager Dario who responded just once. This means that all of the above took about 5 days to resolve. I
Specifically had mentioned the need for WiFi
Due to work - I had to pay $50 us to upgrade to 25 mg - still didn’t work. The owner had cable company come out who told us equipment needed to be changed and upgrade - week 3 , I couldn’t make an important presentation so called owner directly again amd upgraded to 100mg. He wanted me to pay more money to upgrade. I made aware that I had already paid for increase and the fact that speed is still an issue , etc. - the owner assessed the fee for himself. The gym was not a gym - 2 machines and they refused to put the AC on while you were there. The bar staff was extremely rude - positive was the food at the restaurant was good and I was referred to Morena” to cook and clean - if you rent here- she is a must. The location was great - also for those that don’t know the area, the beach is really not for swimming but for kite surfing - very rough. Also door code was having issues 3 times when Dario was not responding - Morena went to get him it was finally done. When I told Dario that Jeannette was not returning any of my wazzup - his replied “ she is very busy and we are all very busy”- another intrusion was that the owner’s father wanted to put pictures up on the wall during our stay? We had to accommodate our day for him which I
