Wasn’t fond of 2nd class treatment of renters who rented a little quiet scooter. Not allowed past the gate. SOV is a nice development but they want to act exclusive while enriching themselves being inclusive.

Great condo, close to both Cabarete and Sosua. Unit is in the beautiful community of Sosua Ocean Village. FYI - You have to pay additional to access amenities at the community but does not take away from a great property.

Nous sommes restĂ©s environ une semaine Ă  cet appartement et sommes assez mitigĂ©s quant Ă  notre sĂ©jour. Les points positifs : - Emplacement idĂ©al dans une rĂ©sidence calme- Espaces extĂ©rieurs agrĂ©ables avec une piscine nettoyĂ©e tous les jours Points nĂ©gatifs : - Nous ne nous sommes pas vraiment sentis accueillis dans l'appartement. Aucune attention particuliĂšre, pas mĂȘme du cafĂ© ou encore sel et du poivre pour cuisiner quoi que ce soit, pas de torchons dans la cuisine pour s'essuyer les mains ou faire la vaisselle....- Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus par le manque de soin apportĂ© au logement : rĂ©frigĂ©rateur plein de givre, siĂšge de toilettes mal fixĂ© et rafistolĂ© avec du fil de fer, une hotte qui ne fonctionne pas...- Nous avons dĂ» faire face Ă  plusieurs coupures d'eau (bien souvent, il n'y avait pas d'eau quand on se rĂ©veillait le matin) et d'Ă©lectricitĂ©. Cela dit, je concĂšde que cela n'est sans doute pas du fait des propriĂ©taires.En bref, nous avons gardĂ© un esprit positif et passĂ© de bonnes vacances, mais nous avons trouvĂ© que, pour le prix demandĂ©, certaines choses Ă©taient tout de mĂȘme Ă  revoir.
