Nice Apartment close to restaurants, downtown, railway station and groceries.

Beautiful place close to places to go in Sorrento. Pool was added bonus. Some confusion about location of apartment in building and access to swimming pool. Very friendly dog at entrance to building. Very comfortable for two senior couples.

Not as advertised or expected

This property is Very far from Sorrento Center. In an area not clean. Stray cats and dogs everywhere. Lot of street noise and howling cats all night. I will say we had a good sunset view thankfully. It had a nice balcony. Issues: 1. The manager arranged a private driver for us she said she knew. Our driver was rude, drove dangerously, did NOT have the promised child safety seat. He did not know the manager or the address. He demanded a tip upon arrival. 2. The promised crib was not in the unit. It is advertised as an amenity of the property. The manager knew we had an infant through multiple communications regarding driver and unit. 3. The advertised pool was still closed. During communications prior to arrival, regarding said infant, we inquired about the pool and was told (in writing) that it would be open. When we asked, We were told it is not in season….yet all the hotel pools were open and operating. The pool looked to be in shabby condition regardless. 3. The unit: poorly equipped. This is not our first VRBO rental. We have rented homes all over the world. They all have fully equipped kitchens, this unit had 2 pots, no wine glasses, no coffee filters, no laundry detergent, no bath amenities, it barely had dishes for 6. Completely bare of kitchen necessities. No instructions were posted regarding facility maintenance and the manager did not personally greet us as other better property managers do. No microwave. No trash bags. No waste bins of any size. 5. Beds were horrible. Pillows were horrible. All need to be replaced. I’ve slept on better rollaway cots. 6. Absentee manager. The manager did not meet us upon arrival, was informed of missing glassware and crib - but never remedied the missing items. She knew we had added a member to our group well in advance yet did not amend the contract. On our last day, she asked for more money. At this point, we had a very negative view of the entire experience and felt she should be crediting us. Mind you, she collected the city tax on day 1. She even wanted payment for the infant, despite providing no crib. Not recommended. Find a better property closer to town.

Great find in Sorrento

This is a great apartment just a short walk from the heart of Sorrento. Easy to get to everything by foot but still have some quiet in the evenings. Our host Roberta was super helpful and happy to assist with any needs. Responds within minutes. Bonus…shared pool to take some laps in the AM. Enjoyed our stay!

Excellent family place to stay

First the host Roberta is extremely pleasant and was quick to help us with anything we needed. She quickly greeted us upon arrival and gave us a nice local gift as well. The pool is so nice to have but the location is also not far from either San Angelo beach or Marina Piccollo which is a main beach in Sorrento. It is a little bit of walk to Sorrento city center but not far and you can take the bus if you prefer not to walk. There are plenty of food places within 10-15 min walk. There is a supermarket about 10 min away. If you want to be right downtown by the square this may be a bit out for you, but if relaxation is your goal we loved this place and then could always hit up the square if we wanted to.

Brilliant place, 10 min walk from the main square spacious apartment with a great pool. Roberta was always at hand to help us with any queries and arranged our airport transfer for us and couldn’t do enough to help us would definitely stay there again. Thank you
