Lovely rooftop pool and bar, as well as convenient breakfast buffet. Room was clean and well kept. Great walkable location as well. My only critique would be the lack of “extra” things like shampoo, conditioner, tissues, etc but that is more of a minor detail. Overall I’d recommend!

Room amenities are few and far between. There is no free drinking water in the room, coffee maker, or ironing board. The hotel of round upon bringing drinks or food from outside. So, most people end up going outside the hotel for meals and entertainment.

We checked in at this hotel, and overall, the experience was mixed. The location is perfect, situated in the center, close to both the bus and train stations, and easily accessible to the main attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The lobby of the hotel is nice and welcoming, but unfortunately, there is no water dispenser available for guests. The room and the toilet are spacious, but they are quite old and in need of some renovation. It was difficult to regulate the water temperature while taking a shower. The AC was functional but didn't cool the room enough, and it still felt hot. The bed was uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep. Additionally, there were several things missing that we usually expect in a 4-star hotel. There was no bottle of water offered upon arrival or during our stay, no glass or disposable cup for brushing teeth, no kettle for hot water, no tea bags or instant coffee as a complimentary amenity, and no makeup tissues. We've traveled a lot and have stayed in many 4-star hotels, but this is the first time we encountered such issues. For me, this hotel feels more like a 2-3 star property.

This hotel is amazing. It is centrally located at walking dista ce from train station and the center of Sorrento. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The Rooftop has a great view, specially when at sunset. It was espectacular! I highly recommend this hotel.

Pathetic service Room condition was very poor House keeping was awful The only good thing was the location It really is not a 4 star but less than 3 but charge 5 star prices I waited 3 days for a tissue box The king bed was not joined properly Reception staff and mangers were pathetic and do not sort any problems out. Pool deceiving and not glamorous at all Nothing good to say at all No value for money
