Great one night stay

Clean, large spacious room with a fireplace. The jet tub was clean and large, highly recommend after behind in the snow. Great service, tons of parking, breakfast included, fridge, microwave, what more can you ask for?! Great place for family!

Parking is a little tight. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The bed was extra comfy. Excellent water pressure in the shower! Outdoor stairs could use work, one had a dip right in the middle that I almost twisted my ankle and could have fallen. The Ice Machines were gross!

Location is off the highway. very convenient. However, staff service is terrible. Bathroom had 2 bottles of shampoo and 1 bottle of hair conditioner. Called front desk to swap 1 of the shampoo with a bodywash. The response was someone will take care of it right away. 20 minutes later, nothing. Called the front desk again, the response was "There is no other staff. I'm by myself and busy with people checking in. You can come and get the shampoo yourself at the front desk." Really? Is this a self-service hotel for something staff did incorrectly the begin with. Not only will I not stay at this hotel. I'll consider not staying at any Best Western.
