Spend hot summer evenings cooling down in the private heated pool or working on your tan on the many poolside loungers. If you want to treat yourself to a well-deserved rest, hop over to the bubbly hot tub on the second-floor deck.
The home's first floor features a laundry room with a washer/dryer and an extensive deck overlooking the pool and pool area. The main living space on the second floor has a cheerful open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen and living/dining areas. The chef's kitchen is well-appointed with exquisite, high-end appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Find an overlay refrigerator, wine fridge, microwave, a four-burner stove/oven with a grill, and a center island with a sink. The inviting living area welcomes you to do nothing but relax and entertain yourself with comfortable furniture, a large TV, and a Sonos speaker. The theater room has a hidden wet bar.
