This house was perfect to visit our sons for Thanksgiving, with the close proximity to base but yet the feel of worlds away. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean from all three levels. I would love to revisit in the summer!

House had everything we needed. Lots of room and fully stocked with pots & pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Location can’t be beat, right on the beach. We enjoyed star gazing from the top deck and the fire pit. Gorgeous sun rises and sun sets!

Great Beach Vacation

This was the perfect place to spend a few days at the beach. It was great to walk out the door and right onto the beach. The view from all three decks was spectacular. We would definitely recommend to others.

Perfection!

This house is directly on the beach with minimal beach goer traffic. The house has everything you need with an amazing roof top deck with spectacular morning and evening views. We had a few rainy days but were entertained with excellent entertainment whether it was a movie, board games, or watching sports. We loved waking up before sunrise and walking 50 feet to the water and walking towards the sunrise (the beach faces south). My daughter and I walked all the way to the pier which is 3.5 miles away.We had an amazing time and look forward to being a lifelong customer!

Absolutely magnificent

The house was beautiful and the location and access to beach was so worth its weight in gold! The only thing was that this is a duplex so of you prefer solo with no close neighbors its not for you. The access was perfect and right on the beach.

Absolute Gem - Best North Topsail Rental

We have used Vrbo since it was launched, and this property absolutely nailed it. The checkin was easy, hosts were super fast to respond, property was clean and in great condition, and the views were amazing. We typically judge vacation rentals on cleanliness, the hosts, the beds, and relaxation vibes. We were able to enjoy full vacation mode and enjoy our time off. WiFi was fast and the signal was great throughout the home for weekday work. Appliances seemed almost brand new. Beds were very comfortable (our biggest gripe with many rentals). The decks were amazing. The pictures do not do them justice. We didn’t want to leave, and we will be regulars from now on. Thanks for the great memories!

Breathtaking Location

The house was perfect for our stay. It's located on a quieter section of beach. We could watch sunsets rise over the ocean in the morning and then set over the intercoastal in the evening from the rooftop deck. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

We have been coming to Topsail Island since 2014 , this is our 6th visit and hands down this was the best rental we have ever had...house was very up to date and the rooftop deck was excellent with new furniture and decking.. They advertised starter supplies and they meant it, unlike all the other properties that we habe rented.. The owners are very kind and quick to respond if needed..theirs sons stopped by too see if we needed anything AND gave our kids tips on how and what to fish for.. Easily, the rent rate an 11 out of 10!!!!

Really enjoyed one long weekend. My only complaint is the number of stairs my 73 year old arthritic body had to endure. Other than that, we had everything we needed and the view from the three decks was spectacular.

Right on the Beach!!

God’s Grace is perfect if you are looking to be right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our last minute reservation getting us into a rental a night early. We will be back if life takes us to Topsail again!

Great property and location!

Everything was as it was portrayed in the listing. Very nicely updated home and very comfortable. We love that section of North Topsail Beach and have vacationed there every year for 18 years. This was easily one of our favorite beach houses we’ve stayed in. Our family enjoyed the house and had a great stay!
