This beautiful four-bedroom oceanfront townhouse boasts a heated pool and private beach access. With a luxurious hot tub overlooking the ocean, quality interiors, and a great location just steps from the beach, you can't go wrong with choosing this as your next vacation home.
The living room, kitchen, and dining area are located on the third level with incredible, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. With an open concept floor plan, high ceilings, and lots of windows, this space feels airy and bright.
There are two primary bedrooms, one on the third level with a balcony with expansive views of the Intracoastal marsh and an ensuite bathroom that features a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The second primary bedroom overlooks the ocean and pool with an ensuite bathroom and a private covered balcony with the outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower. There are two additional bedrooms also located on the second level with access to yet another balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
Additional perks include cable TV, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning.
The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.
