As you arrive to Beach Star Villa you will find plenty of parking for you and your family. The carport can be used as sheltered convenience for a vehicle, or it can be the perfect covered hang out spot for you and your family. You can comfortably let your kids run around the yard at this wonderful property without any worries.

* Beach Gear: The owner's have made sure to provide plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, beach wagon and more, located in the carport storage!

From the carport, take the 13 stairs up to your next favorite vacation spot! There is even an outdoor dining area right outside! The living area features an l-shaped sofa, plenty of bar seating across the kitchen island, and a fold out dining table! Directions for fold out table

** Downstairs Bedroom & Foldaway Bed Details:

1. Downstairs Bunk Bed Room: The bunkbed room features a twin over full size set-up with plenty of storage for clothing and a sliding glass doorway to the back porch! The back porch features comfortable outdoor seating and stairs to the backyard.

2. Downstairs Fold Away Bed: Located in the living area! Directions on how to use are posted in the living room!

** Downstairs Kitchen Details: Prepare stress free meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. You will find all of the appliances, dishware and kitchen utensils you will need!

** Downstairs Full Bathroom: Located next to the bunkbed room, and washer & dryer, you will find the full downstairs bathroom with stand-up shower. (There is a shower over bathtub in the upstairs bathroom if you prefer, or have little ones with you!)

* Upstairs Features: 2 bedrooms + 1 Full Size Bathroom: When it's time to retire for the evening, retreat to one of the 2 cozy bedrooms!

** Upstairs Full Bathroom: The full size bathroom is situated between the bedrooms with a shower over bathtub!

* Bed & Bath Linen Details: Bed and Bath linens are supplied free for all guests. Upon arrival, beds will already be made with freshly cleaned sheets and towels sets folded and ready for your stay.

* Door Codes: Personalized door codes will be sent the morning of check-in through text & email - please make sure you have updated/correct contact information upon booking.

* Early Check-in/Late Check-Out: Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance during the busy season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) We can let you know if early check in or late check out will be available. If we can accommodate your request, we will be happy to! bonus: we do not charge extra!

* Complimentary items provided by TI Rentals:
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom (2 bathrooms)
- 1 trash bag per trash can (including bathroom trash cans)
- 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen
- A starter giftset with a few travel size items such as, dish soap, a sponge, and more!

* After Booking: We will immediately send a confirmation with your guest log-in and Vacation Rental Contract to the email address provided. This way we can ensure that you receive all important information regarding your vacation before your arrival, including door codes and final payment reminders!
