The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Throw away all the trash. The trash/recycle bins are taken to the street by a third party every Tuesday and Friday (May - Oct) nights, If they are not next to the elevator, they are at the street.
No need to take off the sheets. Please leave the dirty towels in each of the bathrooms.
Check all the drawers, cabinets, closets and other areas to make sure you have removed all personal items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

There is an exterior Ring Doorbell Camera at the entrance to our house on the ground floor by the elevator.
There is a Minut noise monitoring system in the living/dining room on the main level next to the kitchen.
Hot Tub is cleaned on Wednesdays (except holidays) in between 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Our company will knock and enter through the king and bunk bedroom.

The house was really beautiful. It was very clean and stocked with absolutely anything you might need. The mattresses were great. The water pressure was fantastic and no one ran out of hot water at any time. Kenneth was also very helpful, quick to respond, and easy to talk to.

Exceptional property, very clean, updated property that has plenty of room for family gatherings. The master suite is massive with a 2nd living area. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need including a coffee station. The view from the decks are incredible, watched the sun come up each morning while enjoying coffee.
