Lille perle midt på Sønderborg's havnefront med udsigt til cafeer og restauranter. Relativt nemt at finde og god kommunikation fra udlejer.

Dejlig beliggenhed
Dejlig lejlighed som lå godt centralt med udsigt ud over vandet. Det eneste der godt kunne være bedre var at man kunne bruge gadedøren samt et tv i lejligheden. Der var pænt og rent i lejligheden.
