This two storey home has breathtaking ocean views from the large deck, spanning from Smiths Beach to Cape Woolamai. This generous beach house sleeps up to 16 people,ideal for a large family get together or a couple of families sharing a holiday,with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two kitchens/ kitchenette downstairs.

Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Upstairs is the main living area with an open plan living room (with reverse cycle air conditioning, 42 inch flat screen LCD TV, extensive DVD library and stereo), dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Walk-out onto the large partially covered balcony which spans 3 sides of the home, giving you spectacular water views of Smiths Beach and Woolamai. This breathtaking outdoor entertaining area has a great BBQ & outdoor setting for all your entertaining needs. Also on this level is the 2nd smaller living area and 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms - the front one with a shower over the bath and a toilet, the rear bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Downstairs is another large living area with a self-contained kitchenette & washing machine. The Master bedroom and bedroom 2 are also on this level with a dual access ensuite (with shower) and a separate toilet.

Outdoor Areas

The block is fully enclosed and the large front yard boasts plenty of parking space for up to 6 cars. There is a courtyard to the side rear of the home with a hot & cold water outdoor shower.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, pantry, large double door fridge (with ice maker and large freezer), water cooler, dishwasher, and electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The upstairs living area has a reverse cycle air conditioner and wall heater, plus there are stand alone heaters in all bedrooms as well as the downstairs living area. Bedrooms 1-4 also have ceiling fans.

Bedroom Configuration:

This home has 8 beds, plus 2 sofa beds, accommodating up to 16 guests:

Bedroom 1 (downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 4 (upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 5 (upstairs): Two sets of Single bunks

There are also 2 fold out sofa bed/divans in the downstairs living area, each one suitable for 2 adults or children.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
