I will say the room was clean and well maintained but the overall experience was just okay and a little underwhelming. I stay in Simi Valley at least twice a year and this is the first time staying at Extended Stay. When I booked the hotel it said breakfast included but the breakfast was simply a ceral bar and coffee/tea, this is not "breakfast" it's a snack. The staff was nice but not as friendly as I would have liked.

Worst stay I ever had in Simi valley ,dirty place ,they lie about breakfast it’s just coffee and gas station muffins the room and hall way smelled like weed and my rooms bed sheets and blankets was smelling like people slept in them few times .No Amenities or sitting area in the Lobby .They also wound check you in before 3pm and the altitudes are horrible.Worst night ever couldn’t wait to check out next morning.

It was kind of strange, we checked in and checked out with not any interaction with the hotel. No clean towels and the kleenex box had three wipes in it. The soap squeeze things had been opened and a few bugs were crawling around on the floor.
